If you are a Business-To-Business company and are trying to have more organic engagement, the best time to post is on Wednesday between 8 AM and 1 PM. You will still have consistent engagement between Mondays to Fridays from 8 am and 3:30 pm. The worst time to post is between 5 pm to 5 am every day, especially on Sundays. 

Instagram has over one billion active users and more than 500 million daily users. If you are B2C company, the best time to post is Tuesdays from 10 AM to 1 PM. For consistent engagement, it will be Tuesday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The worst time to post is on Saturdays.

If you are B2B company, the best time is on Thursdays between 10AM and 12 PM. For consistent engagement, it the best times are between Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM. The worst days are Saturdays and Sundays.

Twitter has over 300 million active users. If you are a B2C company, the best time to post is on Sunday between 11:00 am and 1 pm. However, for any e-commerce promotions, we have discovered that on Saturday at 1 PM, engagement is higher. It is a good time to share a promotion as people are more relaxed and not necessarily in their routine. For consistent engagement, the best times are from Saturday to Thursday between 10:00 and 3 PM. The worst times to post are on Fridays and any day after 6 pm.

If you are a B2B company, the best times to post are from Tuesday to Wednesday between 9 AM and 2 PM. For consistent engagement, it is between 8 AM and 1 pm. The worst times to post are on Saturdays and Sundays and any day after 5 PM. 

LinkedIn has over 250 million active users. It is primarily used for business professionals, as well as for B2B and B2C.The best time to post for higher engagement is between 10 AM and 12 PM on Wednesday. For consistent engagement, one should post on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 8 am to 2 PM. The worst times to post are on weekends and any day after 4 PM.
